Who I work with
Anxiety can feel paralyzing. It’s also become so common that many women don’t even identify their experience as anxiety. Instead, the feeling of dread is just the norm. Sometimes this happens in one area of life specific to work or social interactions, but often it’s more of a general feeling of unease. Like having the Sunday Scaries – all the time.
I’m here to help you get unstuck and live the rich, full life you crave. Because it is possible.
How I work
I offer a holistic approach to anxiety treatment.
This includes tending to matters of the mind, body, and spirit. Working holistically is important because anxiety tends to take up residence in all three areas in different ways.
Wondering what this looks like? Since each person is unique in their physiology, emotions, and experiences, the constellation of symptoms will also be unique.

Examining the Whys of Our Symptoms
As a feminist therapist working with women, I believe it’s helpful to look at the Why’s of our symptoms and experiences. This can help us increase our understanding of our experience and help us shift patterns. Very often, anxiety is a natural response to feeling uncomfortable, unsupported, or unsafe. Unfortunately, many people never get the validation they deserve and even worse, are gaslit into thinking they are “too sensitive.”
A Good Relationship with Your Therapist is Essential
Having a solid relationship with your therapist and a consistent space to process stressful experiences is essential to healing. This may happen via talking, expressive arts, or spiritual or somatic (body-based) tools.
= Together, we’ll develop a care plan based on your individual therapy goals. Often that goal is: I just want to feel better!

We’ll also identify self-care practices and coping strategies to help you feel more resourced and resilient as you navigate your day-to-day.
